How to Measure Your Hands

  1. Hand circumference: Wrap a flexible measuring tape around the palm of your dominant hand, just below the knuckles, excluding your thumb.
  2. Hand length: Measure from the tip of your middle finger to the beginning of your wrist.
  3. Compare both measurements with the appropriate chart.

How to Measure Your Head
