How to Measure Your Hands
- Hand circumference: Wrap a flexible measuring tape around the palm of your dominant hand, just below the knuckles, excluding your thumb.
- Hand length: Measure from the tip of your middle finger to the beginning of your wrist.
- Compare both measurements with the appropriate chart.

How to Measure Your Head
- Use a flexible measuring tape or a piece of string.
- Wrap it around your head just above your eyebrows and ears.
- Keep the tape level and comfortably snug.
